Pro 5x16 3 Deck Incline Screen:

  • 20 HP TEFC with pivot motor base and belt drive.
  • 3/8" PL side walls.
  • Huck bolted screen decks, constructed of 4" x 3" x 3/8" angle iron and 3" x 2" rectangular tubing, 1⁄2" x 3" FB crown bars.
  • AR lined discharge lips.
  • AR lined feed box.
  • Alco high temper isolation springs.
  • 100 MM F.A.G. spherical bearings designed for shaker screens.
  • Center support tube 9" with 1⁄2" wall and 2" thick flanges.
  • FAB TEC cartilage style bearing housings, with heavy duty 1 1/4" wall.
  • Eccentrics with add on weights.
  • 10" WF sub frame 33# with C8"x 13.75# cross members.

  • Brass "Vee Jet" nozzles, 1⁄2" spray bars.
  • Brass individual gate valves for each spray bars.
  • Full length water manifold with inlet pipe and flange.
  • Maximum capacity 657 GPM at 40 PSI. Best results are at 450 GPM at35 psi.
  • 18" Walkways both sides of screen, back 48" platform, skywalk floor, 3" toe boards, 42" tubesteel handrails, and access ladder.
